In the 19th century spread to Anadolu and gained popularity even in the smallest settlement units, painting has found a wide range of use, especially in the mosques of Denizli and the surrounding regions. One of the mosques that continues the tradition of decorating the penny in the district of Çal, with a rough historical history, is the Old Market Camii of Çal Belevi, built in 1949. The mosque, which shows a straight-course arrangement close to the square, is different in terms of the fact that the mosques that are decorated by the Ottoman period in the rural section are often scattered, as a plan. The wooden moloz stone material mosque is covered with an inside straight wooden roof from the outside. In the Harim space there are plant, geometric decorations placed so that there is no vacant space and paintings that include architectural and symbolic paintings along with the text. The pressure technique has gained more weight than the brushing technique in the decorations. It is supported by structures, drawings and photos evaluated compared with similar examples in terms of design and decoration characteristics. The mosque studied in this study, although it is from the post-Republican structures, is aimed at documenting the structure and attracting attention to the structure in terms of the continuity of the tradition of decorating the pen from the past.
