“Karşılaştırmalı Bir Yaklaşımla Kamu Yönetimi ve Özel Sektörde Halkla İlişkiler” isimli bu çalışmanın amacı, halkla ilişkilerin kamu yönetimi ve özel sektörde nasıl anlaşıldığını karşılaştırmalı bir yaklaşımla ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde hem kamu yönetiminde hem de özel sektörde halkla ilişkilerin tanımına ve halkla ilişkilerle ilgili temel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Halkla ilişkilerin temel unsurları olan; Örgütlenme, Amaç, Mevzuat, Hedef Kitle ve Taraflar, Yöntem ve Uygulamalar, Finansman, Denetim açısından kamu yönetiminde ve özel sektördeki benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları ele alınmıştır. Çalışma sonuç ile tamamlanmıştır
