Abstract:

Students' perceptions of love and democracy will also shape their professional, moral and social relationships while determining how they will be a individual in the future. The perceptions that school managers have on various subjects directly affect the formation of perceptions that students have and will be. Therefore, it is very important that the directors determine the love, democracy and student-centered educational perceptions and make arrangements in this direction. In this context, the purpose of this research is to determine the directors’ love, democracy and student-centered educational perceptions and the relationships between them. The research has been carried out within the framework of the "event science" design from the quality research patterns. Maximum diversity of sampling methods for the purpose of the research was preferred. One of the nine schools of different kinds, female, and seven men, in total, make up the study group of eight directors. In the collection of research data, the "history interpretation technique" was used from the projection techniques. Three separate "history interpretation forms" related to love, democracy and educational subjects have been used as data collection tools. The data was analyzed by the method of "analyse of speech". The research has found that managers generally have a relationship between democracy, unconditional love and student-centered educational perceptions.
