Abstract:

"Aday Teaching Process" is important in terms of contributing to the organizational and professional conformity of the teacher candidates.  This process has continued with different practices from the Republic to the present day. The Ministry of National Education has made a serious change in the process of candidate teaching since March 1, 2016. The new process includes different applications. In this study, according to the teacher's opinions, a assessment of the teacher's process was made. Research is a work of quality. The study group consists of 37 candidate teachers who participate in the research in Samsun and Sinop. According to research findings, candidate teachers have often evaluated the view of school managers on the candidacy process. The teachers said they were very beneficial. They said they gained more experience in class management skills. Many of them have that they have achieved indirect benefits, but some failures have occurred in the process.
