This study aims to evaluate the opinions of vocational high-school managers about the degree of the possession of students’ global citizenship attributes. The participants of the focus group are comprised of 15 managers of vocation high-school, which are situated in the city district of Kahramanmaraş. The focus group managers are determined with the help of maximum variation purposive sampling method. The research is patterned by the qualitative phenomenology method. In order to collect the data, a semi- structured interview form is utilized, which comprise 7 questions that are developed according to expert opinions. The quantitative data which are collected from the research project is handled with the descriptive analysis method. The outcome of the research illustrates that the foreign language level of the students are inadequate, working capability for international workplace is low, professional ethics are not enough, cohesion to the universal values is weak and adaptation to different cultures is not enough for being a global citizen. In addition, it is seen that the students are keen to apt to the changes and willing to participate in social responsibility issues, however, these characteristics necessitate the appropriate routing of the students.
