Bu çalışma ilkokulda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel yöntem takip edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020/2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Çorum İl Milli Müdürlüğüne bağlı okullarda görev yapan, derslerinde uzaktan eğitimi kullanan 25 (erkek: 13, kadın: 12) sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri açık uçlu anket formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Açık uçlu anket formu araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmış olup katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini ve uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymayı hedefleyen beş sorudan oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması neticesinde elde edilen bulgular, betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına yönelik görüşlerinin analiz edilmesiyle aşağıdaki sonuçlara erişilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğu Covid-19 Pandemisi nedeniyle uzaktan eğitime geçilmesinin faydalı olduğu görüşündedirler. En çok karşılaştıkları sorunun internet ve teknolojik alet yetersizliği olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. İnternet alt yapısı nedeniyle iletişim eksikliği ve bazı öğrencilerin derse katılamaması karşılaşılan zorluklar arasındadır. Görüşmeciler sıklıkla uzaktan eğitim sürecini web 2.0 araçlarıyla ve interaktif destekli öğretimle sürdürdüklerini belirtmişlerdir. Görüşülen öğretmenlerin çoğunluğu uzaktan eğitim sürecinde etkili ve verimli olduklarını düşünmektedirler. Salgın nedeniyle ev ortamından yapılan uzaktan eğitimin güvenli olduğunu, kendilerini geliştirerek teknolojiyi aktif kullandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Sınıf öğretmenleri sürecin dezavantajlarını belirtirken öğrenciler arasında fırsat eşitsizliğine yol açtığını, öğretmenler öğrencilerin okul kültüründen uzakta ders yaptıklarını, sağlık sorunu yaşadıklarını, öğrencilerin dikkatini çekmekte ve sınıf yönetiminde zorlandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir.
This study was conducted in order to determine the opinions of classmates working in primary school on the practices of distance learning. The research method has been followed. The research work group consists of 25 (Men: 13, Women: 12) class teachers who work in schools associated with the National Directorate of the Province of Chorum in the educational year 2020/2021. The research data was collected through an open end survey form. The open-end survey form is prepared by the researcher and consists of five questions aimed at exposing the participants’ demographic information and their views on the practices of distance learning. The findings obtained as a result of the collection of data were analyzed by the visual analysis method. By analyzing the opinions of classmates on the practices of distance learning, the following results have been obtained. The majority of the classmates involved in the study believe that it is useful to pass to distance education due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The biggest problem they face is the lack of internet and technology tools. It is among the difficulties faced due to lack of communication and some students are unable to attend classes. Interviews have often stated that they continue the distance learning process with web 2.0 tools and interactive supported teaching. The majority of the met teachers believe they are effective and efficient in the process of distance learning. They have said that remote education from the home environment is safe because of the harassment, and they are actively using technology by developing themselves. Class teachers pointed out the disadvantages of the process and expressed that it leads to uneven opportunities among students, teachers expressed that students are doing lessons away from school culture, they have health problems, they attract the attention of students, and they have trouble in class management.
