Bu araştırmanın amacı, İzmir ve Manisa Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğündeki örgüt ikliminin çalışanların motivasyonu ve performansı üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada veriler İzmir ve Manisa Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğündeki 152 çalışandan anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada ölçme aracı olarak “Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği”, “Çalışan Motivasyonu Ölçeği” ve “Çalışan Performansı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, değişkenler arasındaki farklılıkları inceleyebilmek için T-testinden, Tek Yönlü Varyans (ANOVA) analizlerinden, etki düzeylerini ölçebilmek için ise Regresyon analizinde faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, örgüt ikliminin çalışanların performansları ve motivasyonları üzerinde pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the organization climate in the İzmir and Manisa Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate on the motivation and performance of employees. In the study, the data were collected through the survey of 152 employees in the İzmir and Manisa Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate. The study used “Organized Climate Scale”, “Employee Motivation Scale” and “Employee Performance Scale” as measurement tools. In the analysis of the data, the T-test was used to study the differences between the variables, the one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis, and the Regression analysis to measure the levels of effect. The research finds that the organizational climate has a positive and meaningful impact on the performance and motivation of employees.
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the organizational climate in İzmir and Manisa Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports on the motivation and performance of the employees. The data were collected through questionnaires from 152 employees working in İzmir and Manisa Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports. "Organizational Climate Scale", "Employee Motivation Scale" and "Employee Performance Scale" were used in the study as the tools of measurement. In the analysis of the data, T-test, One-way analyses of variance (ANOVA) were used to examine the differences between variables, Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations, and Regression analysis was used to measure the effect levels. When the data of study are examined, it is seen that organizational climate has a moderate and significant effect on employees' performance and motivation.
