Abstract:

İşletmelerin amaçlarına ulaşması konusunda işletme performansına en fazla katkıyı entelektüel sermaye bileşenleri yapmaktadır. Bilginin son derece önemli olduğu günümüzde, rekabet avantajı elde etme, örgütlerin sahip olduğu bilgi ve bu bilginin kullanılması ile hızla değişen çevre şartlarına adapte olma yeteneğinin (örgütsel çeviklik) gelişmesine bağlıdır. İnsan sermayesi ve yapısal sermaye örgütlerin sahip olduğu en önemli entelektüel değerler olarak, örgütsel çevikliğin kazanılması dolayısıyla işletme performansına etki etmektedir. Bu çalışmada hem insan sermayesi hem de yapısal sermayenin işletme performansına olan etkileri ve örgütsel çevikliğin bu etkide bir aracılık rolü olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucu olarak hem insan sermayesi hem de yapısal sermayenin işletme performansına etkileri olduğu ve bu etkide örgütsel çevikliğin aracılık rolü oynadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract:

Intellectual capital components make the most contribution to the business performance in terms of achieving the objectives of the enterprises. In the present day, where knowledge is of utmost importance, achieving competitive advantage depends on the knowledge of the organizations and the use of this knowledge and the development of the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions (organizational agility). Human capital and structural capital, as the most important intellectual values of the organizations, have an impact on the performance of the enterprise due to the acquisition of organizational agility. In this study, the effects of both human capital and structural capital on operational performance and whether organizational agility has an intermediary role in this effect have been investigated. As a result of the study, it is seen that human capital and structural capital have an impact on the operational performance and organizational agility plays an intermediary role in this effect.
