Abstract:

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the uterus is a very rare tumor and passes under the head of the metaplastic carcinomas of the uterus. Our case was a 44-year-old woman who was sick and applied to the clinic with mass, pain and swelling in the right breast. The made thin injection aspiration cytology-sine was diagnosed as suspicious. The patient was operated in the surgical clinic. In our case, clinically, the organs in which the squamocellular cancer may develop were scanned and the tumor was not detected in these centres. In conjunction with histopathological, immune-histochemical and clinical/radiological findings, the incident was diagnosed with primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast (with an intrastic component). Disection of the lymphatic nodes was applied with complementary surgery to the incident, but there was no discovery of a residual tumor and metastasis. The 44-year-old woman, who was diagnosed with primary squamocellular cancer in the right breast, was discussed in the light of the literary information of the patient.
