Bu çalışmada bilişsel esneklik ve yılmazlık arasındaki ilişki ve bu ilişkide bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejilerinin aracı rolünün araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını Gaziantep Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 336 lisans öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Bilişsel Esneklik Envanteri, Yetişkin Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği ve Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada incelenen temel istatistiksel kavramlar SPSS 21 paket programı ile, yapısal eşitlik modeli ise AMOS 24 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre bilişsel esneklik ile yılmazlık düzeyi arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki vardır. Yılmazlık düzeyi ile olumlu bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmişken olumsuz bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri ile anlamlı olmayan bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bilişsel esneklik ile olumlu bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı olumsuz bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri ile negatif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki vardır. Bununla birlikte olumlu bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri bilişsel esneklik ve yılmazlık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı alternatif üretebilme becerileri ile yılmazlık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı kontrol edebilme becerileri ile yılmazlık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkide tam aracı rolüne sahiptir.
This study aims to explore the relationship between cognitive flexibility and discrepancy and the instrumental role of cognitive emotional regulation strategies in this relationship. The research participants are 336 bachelor students who are studying at the Faculty of Education of the University of Gaziantep. The study used the Personal Information Form, the Cognitive Flexibility Reserve, the Adult Psychological Sustainability Scale and the Cognitive Emotional Regulation Scale. The basic statistical concepts studied in the study were analyzed with the SPSS 21 package program and the structural equality model with the AMOS 24 program. According to the research findings, there is a positive meaningful relationship between cognitive flexibility and the level of discontinuity. While a positive and meaningful relationship between the level of agility and positive cognitive emotional regulation strategies has been identified; a meaningless relationship with negative cognitive emotional regulation strategies has been identified. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between cognitive flexibility and positive cognitive emotional regulation strategies; negative cognitive emotional regulation strategies are negative and meaningful. However, positive cognitive emotional regulation strategies are a partial instrument in the relationship between cognitive flexibility and the level of discernment; a partial instrument in the relationship between the ability to produce alternatives and the level of discernment; a full instrument in the relationship between the ability to control and the level of discernment.
