Yaşam Memnuniyetini Etkileyen Faktörler Üzerine Kapsamlı Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışma yaşam memnuniyeti ve diğer 6 değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen kapsayıcı bir model sunmakta ve onu test etmektedir. 258 özel sektör beyaz yaka çalışanından toplanan bilgiler ışığında tatil ve iş memnuniyetinin, yaşam memnuniyetinin 2 önemli belirleyicisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Deneyimleme kalitesi ve yenilenme deneyimi iş ile tatilin birbirine karışması tarafından negatif şekilde etkilenmektedir ve bu iki değişken tatil memnuniyetini pozitif şekilde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca tatil esnasında işle ilgili cep telefonu kullanımının iş ile tatilin birbirine karışması değişkeninin bir öncülü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tüm araştırma hipotezleri desteklenmiş ve bulgular tartışılmıştır.
