So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

2019
Author:
Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to determine whether the innovation behaviors of information technology (IT) employees differ according to some demographic characteristics. Innovative Behaviour Survey as well as some demographic questions have been implemented to IT employees who are in Istanbul for this purpose. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and one-way anova analysis techniques have been used along the data analysis process. The validity of the scale examined by EFA was confirmed by CFA also. It was decided that the scale could be used to measure the innovative behavior of IT employees. In addition, the scale was found to be highly reliable (Cronbach Alpha coefficient = 0.932). As a result of the study, while it was found that IT employees innovative behaviors were significantly different according to gender (p = 0.030) and expertise area (p = 0.008), it was determined that they did not differ according to age (p = 0.102), marital status (p = 0.633), educational level (p = 0.840) and occupational experience (p = 0.536).
