COVİD-19 SALGINI SÜRECİNDE İLAHİYAT FAKÜLTESİ ÖĞRETMENLİK UYGULAMASI DERSİNİN UZAKTAN EĞİTİM YOLUYLA YAPILMASI: ÖRNEK BİR UYGULAMA MODELİ

Abstract:

Covid-19 salgını sürecinde öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin uzaktan eğitimle yapılmasına yönelik bir model ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bu çalışmada, Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi İlâhiyat Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencileri olan öğretmen adayları, on bir haftalık uzaktan eğitim sürecinin altı haftasını gözlem yaparak, beş haftasını öğrencileriyle uzaktan eğitim uygulaması yaparak tamamlamışlardır. Uzaktan eğitim yoluyla uygulama yapılan dersler (DKAB, Arapça ve İHL Meslek dersleri) hakkında öğretmen adaylarının ve öğrencilerinin deneyimleri ve bu kapsamda geliştirilen modele yönelik düşünceleri eğitimciler, araştırmacılar ve uygulayıcılar açısından önem arz etmektedir. Uygulama sonrasındaki araştırmaya 150 öğrenci ve 26 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Karma yöntemle gerçekleştirilen araştırma 2020 yılında yapılmıştır. Nicel boyutta anket formu, nitel boyutta yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitim yoluyla aldıkları derslerin etkililiğine ve verimliliğine yönelik algılarının tam düzeyde olduğu, kız öğrencilerin ve evinde çalışma odası olan öğrencilerin diğer öğrencilere göre uzaktan eğitimle yapılan dersleri daha verimli buldukları belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimde kendilerini daha rahat hissettikleri, soru sorma ve cevap verme hususunda kendilerini daha iyi ifade ettikleri ancak derse motive olma konusunda sıkıntılar yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. İlâhiyat fakültelerindeki öğretmen adaylarına “Açık ve Uzaktan Öğrenme” dersi verilebilir. Böylelikle derslerin uzaktan eğitim yoluyla verilmesi ile ilgili yeterlik ve becerilerin geliştirilmesi, ilgili materyal ve etkinlik tasarımı yapılması sağlanabilir.

In this study, which aims to reveal a model for the teaching practice course in the Covid-19 epidemic process with distance learning, the teaching candidates, who are the last class students of the University of the Near East, have completed their five weeks with their students by observing the six weeks of the twelve-week distance learning process. The experience of teachers candidates and students about the courses applied through distance learning (DKAB, Arabic and IHL Professional courses) and the ideas towards the model developed in this context are of importance for educators, researchers and practitioners. The study included 150 students and 26 teachers candidates. The research carried out by the Karma method was conducted in 2020. The query form, the query form, is a semi-configured query form. The research finds that students have a full level of perception of the effectiveness and efficiency of the lessons they receive through distance learning, and that girls and students with their home workroom find the lessons with distance learning more efficient than other students. It has been found that students feel more comfortable in distance learning, better express themselves in asking and answering questions, but have trouble being motivated in the class. Teacher candidates in the Divine faculty can be given the "Open and Remote Learning" lesson. Thus, the development of the skills and skills related to the provision of courses through distance learning, the relevant material and activity design can be provided.

This research aims to present a model for teaching practice lesson with distance education in Covid-19 process. Prospective teachers, who are senior students of the Near East University Faculty of Theology, completed eleven weeks of distance education by observing and practicing distance education with their students. The perceptions of pre-service teachers and students with distance education, their experiences about teaching practice lessons (Religious culture and ethics lesson, Arabic and Imam Hatip High School Vocational lessons) through distance education, their opinions about the model developed in this context are important. 150 students and 26 teacher candidates participated in the research conducted after the application. The research carried out by the mixed method was carried out in 2020. A quantitative questionnaire form and a qualitative semi-structured interview form were used. According to the research results, it has been determined that students' perceptions about the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching practice lessons they take through distance education are at a complete level. It was observed that students felt more comfortable in distance education, expressed themselves better in asking questions and answering, but had difficulties in motivating the lesson. “Open and Distance Learning” course can be given to prospective teachers in theology faculties.
