Abstract:

Praise Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, who has revealed the Koran with a clear Arabic language. Salat and greet to Prophet Muhammad, who is sent to the worlds as a mercy. Salat and greetings to pure companions and their tabiin which is the symbol of knowledge and righteousness until the doomsday. Allah, in the Koran says, "We have written Koran in arabic so that you might think about it" (Joseph, 12/2). For this reason, having an Arabic language and applying  the language rules in tafsir studies has an important place in understanding the Koran in a correct way. This method, which is followed by many commentators, its roots stand up to the tabiin and companion.  In this study, the author's life and the definition and significance of Nahiv's identity are mentioned. The work "Ahkamu'l Koran" has been subjected to examination in the context of nahiv-tafsir. In this framework, it has been determined that language rules are applied in the interpretation of many verses in the work. Some examples related to the topic have been tried to put forward the commentator's approach. The study was composed of introduction, two chapters and one conclusion.
