Amaç: Bu araştırma kapsamında sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim becerileri açısından profillendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Tasarım/Yöntem: Araştırma kapsamında İstanbul ilinde hizmet veren iki sağlık kuruluşunda anket çalışması yapılmıştır. 492 sağlık çalışanı araştırmada katılımcı olarak yer almıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 25 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim becerilerinin profillendirilmesi için iki aşamalı kümeleme analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Analizler sonucunda sağlık çalışanlarının üç farklı profile sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim becerilerinin demografik özellikleri açısından farklı profillere ayrıldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların iletişim becerilerinin düşük düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sınırlılıklar: Araştırma Covid-19 pandemisi esnasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu yüzden farklı bağlamlarda yapılan araştırmalarda sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim becerilerinin daha farklı değerler alabileceği düşünülebilir. Özgünlük/Değer: İletişim becerileri hakkında yapılan çalışmaların genellikle sağlık çalışanlarının dışındaki örneklemlerde yoğunlaştığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim becerileri demografik özelliklerle birlikte incelenerek, çalışanların profillerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Purpose: This research is aimed at profiling health workers in terms of communication skills. Design/Method: A survey was carried out in two health institutions serving in Istanbul in the context of the research. 492 health workers participated in the study. In the analysis of data, the SPSS 25 package program was used. Two-step aggregation analysis has been used to profil the communication skills of health workers. The findings: The results of the analysis show that healthcare professionals have three different profiles. It has been identified that the communication skills of health workers are divided into different profiles in terms of demographic characteristics. It is also found that employees have a low level of communication skills. The study was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, in research in different contexts, it can be thought that the communication skills of healthcare workers can get more different values. Originality/Value: The studies on communication skills often appear to be focused on samples outside of healthcare workers. In this study, the study aimed at studying the communication skills of health workers along with demographic characteristics, determining the profiles of employees.

It was also concluded that the employees' communication skills were poor. Limitations: The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, in research conducted in different contexts, it can be thought that the communication skills of health workers may take different values. Originality/Value: It is observed that the studies on communication skills are generally concentrated on samples other than healthcare workers. However, this study aimed to determine the employees' profiles by examining the communication skills of healthcare professionals and their demographic characteristics.
