Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, belediyelerde çeşitli unvanlarda çalışanların hizmetkâr liderlik ve toplam kalite yönetimi (TKY) algılarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından belirlenmesi, hizmetkâr liderlik ile TKY kavramları arasında herhangi bir ilişki olup/olmadığı varsa bu ilişki istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olup/olmadığının belirlenmesi ve bu hususta bir fikir haritasının çıkarılmasıdır. Araştırmanının evreni, Giresun Belediyesinde çeşitli unvanlarda çalışan 452 işgörendir. Araştırma, genel tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışma olup, veri toplama aracı olarak “Hizmetkâr Liderlik ve Toplam Kalite Yönetimi Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Giresun Belediyesinde çalışanların hizmetkâr liderlik ve toplam kalite yönetimi algılarının orta düzeyde ve hizmetkâr liderlik ile toplam kalite yönetimi arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişkinin (r = 0,783) var olduğu ve bu ilişkinin de pozitif yönlü olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of serviced leadership and overall quality management (TKY) of employees in the municipalities of various titles in terms of various variables, to determine whether or not there is any relationship between serviced leadership and TKY concepts, whether or not this relationship is statistically meaningful, and to draw a map of ideas in this regard. The universe of its research is 452 employers working in various titles in the Giresun Municipality. The research is an imaginary study in the general scan model and has been used as a "Service Leadership and Total Quality Management Survey" as a data collection tool. According to the results obtained from the research data, it has been found that the perceptions of serviced leadership and overall quality management of employees in the Giresun Municipality have a statistically meaningful relationship (r = 0,783) between serviced leadership and overall quality management at the middle level and that this relationship is also positive.
