Abstract:

The study was carried out in the years 2015 and 2016 in order to determine the productivity and fruit characteristics of the three varieties of apples (Granny Smith, Royal Gala and Galaxy Gala) vaccinated on the M9 native coast on Wednesday (Samsun). In the examined apple varieties, the tree yield was identified between 11.30 kg (Granny Smith) and 18.91 kg (Galaxy Gala) and the yield yield between 1.69 kg cm-2 (Granny Smith) and 3.43 kg cm-2 (Galaxy Gala). From the fruit characteristics, the fruit weight is 165.23 g (Royal Gala) to 187.87 g (Granny Smith), the fruit hardness is 70.44 N (Royal Gala) to 86.11 N (Granny Smith), the pH value is 2.98 (Granny Smith) to 3.64 (Galaxy Gala), the water soluble dry substance amount is 10.24 % (Granny Smith) to 12.07 % (Royal Gala) and the vibrable acid amount is 0.31 % (Galaxy Gala and Royal Gala) to 0. 93 (Granny Smith) has shown a change. As a result, the Galaxy Gala variety has been found to give better results in terms of tree productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, more quality fruits are generally obtained from the Granny Smith varieties, Nazaran to other varieties.
