Abstract:

In this promotional letter, the work "The Damage and Improvement of the Body in Islamic Law" will be addressed by Prof. Dr. Ali Kaya's doctoral thesis, which is the booked state of the study. This work, written in the field of responsibility law, is of great importance given the lack of work in the field. It consists of one entrance and three sections. The work first defines the general framework of the concepts of compensation and damage and then discusses the causes of the physical damage, the compensation of the physical damage and how this compensation will be paid. The Islamic compensation law is presented in this work, following a way in the form of the analysis of both the disciplines and the Turkish Debt Law in comparison, the issues are addressed by focusing on current issues such as spiritual compensation, excess, participation in the diet. The intensity of the language of the work of intensive information transmission draws attention to the simplicity and fluency of the work.
