So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Kepirtepe Köy Enstitüsü, Türkiye genelinde açılan 21 enstitüden biridir. Okul adını bölgenin arazi yapısından almıştır. 1938 yılında Edirne’de Köy Öğretmen Okulu olarak kurulan okul; buradan Alpullu’ya oradan da arazinin darlığı nedeniyle Kırklareli’nin Lüleburgaz ilçesine taşınmıştır. Köy enstitüleri köylüyü aydınlatmak ve eğitmek amacıyla kurulmuştur. Bu enstitü açık kaldığı sürece okuma yazma bilenlerin artmasına önemli katkılar sağlamış, yetiştirdiği öğretmenlerle topluma, üretici bireyler kazandırmıştır. Ancak 27 Ocak 1954 tarihinde 6234 sayılı yasa ile adı İlk Öğretmen Okulu olarak değiştirilmiştir.
