It is often said that Turkey is a national state. But when we look at the structure of the Turkish state and the nature of the relationship established between the state and society, we face more than the national state with the national model. The existing state is not the state that a nation establishes, but the state wants to establish a new society of its own. In Turkey, behind the construction of a nation state, the state has the desire to create its own nation.1 The idea of homogenizing the whole society in every way is the basis of the understanding of the state society. A state-owned homogeneous community project has been sought to be implemented by rejecting, suppressing or destroying all religious and cultural differences that exist in our country. Turkey has lived in the last nine years, it shows that the state cannot build a society but can create a mass of artificial gathering.
