Çalışmanın temel amacı konaklama işletmeleri kapsamında işveren markasının işgörenlerin işyeri seçi-mine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu doğrultuda işveren markası için değer algısı, kariyer ve gelişim olanakla-rı, kurumsal itibar, ekonomik unsurlar, çalışma koşulları ve sosyal unsurlar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma Antalya ve Muğla Bölgelerinde uluslararası ve ulusal otelcilik zincir/gruplarına bağlı otel işletmelerinde Z kuşağı işgörenleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yüz yüze görüşme yapılarak toplam 661 katılımcıya bir anket uygulanmıştır. Veriler yapısal eşitlik modelinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri kullanılarak LISREL programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ulaşılan bulgular işveren markasını oluşturan faktörlerin konaklama işletmelerinde Z kuşağındaki işgörenlerin işyeri seçimini etkilediğini ortaya çıkarmıştır

Abstract:

The main purpose of the study is to determine the effect of employer brand value on the choice of workp-lace within the scope of hospitality businesses. In this direction the employees' perception of value, career and development opportunities, corporate reputation, economic factors, working conditions, and social factors have been determined for the employer brand. The research was carried out with the employees of generation Z in hotel enterprises which affiliated to international and national hotel chains/groups in Antalya and Muğla regions. A questionnaire was applied to a total of 661 participants through face-to-face interviews. The data were analyzed with the LISREL program using confirmatory factor analysis in the structural equation model. As a result, the findings indicated that the factors that make up the employer brand affect the workplace choice of the Z generation employees in hospitality businesses.
