Bu çalışma UEFA Şampiyonlar Liginde galibiyet, mağlubiyet ve beraberlikle sonuçlanan müsabakaları bazı parametreler açısından karşılaştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 2019/2020--2018/2019--2017/2018--2016/2017--2015/2016 ve 2014/2015 sezonlarında oynanan toplam 721 müsabakanın analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri UEFA’nın resmi web sayfasından (www.uefa.com) elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri istatistiksel analiz programına kaydedilerek değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Kolmogrov Smirnov normallik testi ile verilerin normal dağılım göstermediği tespit edilmiş ve bunun sonucunda da verilere Kruskall Wallis testi uygulanmıştır. Gruplar arası fark çıkması durumunda da, farkın hangi gruptan kaynaklandığını tespit etmek için Man Whitney U testi ile ikili karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. 3 grup arasında atılan gol, şut, hedefi bulan şut, toplam pas, olumlu pas ortalamaları ve topa sahip olma yüzdeleri açısından istatistiksel bir farklılık (p<0.05) tespit edilmiştir. Belirtilen parametrelerde müsabakalardan galip gelen takımların en iyi ortalamaya, daha sonra da beraberlikle sonuçlanan müsabakaların en iyi ortalamaya sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Yine müsabakalardan galip olarak ayrılan takımların toplam kat ettikleri mesafenin, müsabakalardan mağlup olarak ayrılan takımlardan daha yüksek ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (p<0.05) sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sarı kart, kırmızı kart ve faul parametreleri açısından ise, müsabakalardan mağlup ayrılan takımların ortalamalarının daha yüksek ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı (p<0.05) olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak UEFA Şampiyonlar Liginde müsabakalardan galip ayrılan takımların daha fazla pas, olumlu pas, şut, olumlu şut kaydettiği ve daha fazla oranda topa sahip oldukları görülmektedir. Futbol Antrenörlerinin müsabakalardan galip ayrılabilmek için, bu parametrelere daha fazla önem vermesi gerektiğini söyleyebiliriz.
This study was done in order to compare the matches resulting in victory, defeat and matching in the UEFA Champions League in terms of certain parameters. The study analyzed a total of 721 matches played in the 2019/2020--2018/2019--2017/2018--2016/2017--2015/2016 and 2014/2015 seasons. The data of the study is obtained from the official UEFA website (www.uefa.com). The data of the study was recorded in the statistical analysis program. Kolmogrov Smirnov's normality test found that the data did not show normal distribution, and as a result, the data were tested by Kruskall Wallis. If there is a difference between the groups, two comparisons were made with the Man Whitney U test to determine which group the difference was derived from. A statistical difference has been found in terms of the goal, the shot, the shot found the goal, the total pass, the positive pass average and the percentage of holding the ball (p<0.05). In the specified parameters it was observed that the teams winning from the matches have the best average, and then the matches resulting in matching have the best average. The result was that the total distance that the teams separated as winners from the matches was higher and statistically significant (p<0.05) than the teams separated as defeated from the matches. In terms of the yellow card, the red card and the faul parameters, the result was that the average of the teams defeated from the competitions was higher and statistically meaningful (p<0.05). As a result, the teams who won the UEFA Champions League matches appear to have more passes, positive passes, shots, positive shots and more balls. We can say that football coaches should pay more attention to these parameters in order to get out of the competitions.
This study was carried out to compare the competitions that resulted in winning, defeat and draw in the UEFA Champions League in terms of some parameters. In the study, a total of 721 match played in the 2019/2020- 2018/2019- 2017/2018- 2016/2017- 2015/2016 and 2014/2015 seasons were analyzed. The data of the research were obtained from the official website of UEFA. The Kolmogrov Smirnov normality test determined that the data did not show normal distribution, and as a result, the Kruskall Wallis test was applied to the data. In case of a difference between groups, Tamhane's 2 test, one of the Post Hoc tests, was applied to determine which group caused the difference. A statistically significant difference (p <0.05) was detected in terms of goals, shots, shots on goal, passes, successful passes averages and ball possession percentages between the 3 groups. Again, it was concluded that the total distance by the teams that won the games was higher and statistically significant (p<0.05). In terms of foul, yellow card and red card parameters, it was concluded that the averages of the teams defeated from the competitions were higher and statistically significant (p <0.05). As a result, it is seen that the teams that won the competitions in the UEFA Champions League recorded more passes, successful passes, shots, shots on goal and more balls position.
