Çağdaş eğitimlerde okulda yönetim ve öğretim hizmetleri dışında kalan ancak öğrencinin başarısını etkileyen faktörlere yönelik hizmet alanı öğrenci kişilik hizmetleri olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Öğrenci kişilik hizmetlerinde temel amacı öğrencinin okuldan mümkün olduğunca faydalanmasını sağlamaktır. Çağdaş eğitim sisteminde okulların başarılı olabilmesi öğretim, yönetim ve öğrenci kişilik hizmetlerinin iş birliği ve eşgüdümü içinde çalışması ile mümkündür. Yapılan araştırmanın genel amacı Kırgızistan’daki eğitim kurumlarında psikolojik danışma ve rehberliğe olan ihtiyaca dikkat çekmektir. Bu genel amaç çerçevesinde öğrencilerin değerlendirmelerine dayalı olarak okullarda yaşanan sorunları tespit etmek hedeflenmiştir. Tespit edilecek sorunların sıklığı ve şiddetinin okullardaki rehberlik hizmetlerinin eksikliğine vurgu yapması beklenmektedir. Araştırmada durum tespiti yapmak amaçlandığı için betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemin gereği olarak yaşları 12-17 arasında değişen ve 7. ve 11 sınıflar arasında öğrenim gören 499 öğrenciye problem tarama envanteri uygulanmış ve saptanan sorunlar sınıflandırılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda okul ve ders kaynaklı sorunlar ile kişilik ile İlgili Sorunlar ve meslek- gelecek kaygısı sorunlarının en sık gözlenen sorunlar olduğu saptanmıştır. Sağlık ve beslenme sorunları ile ev ve aile ile ilgili sorunların ise en az gözlenen sorunlar olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Saptanan sorunların öğrencilerin cinsiyeti, yaşı ve sınıf düzeyine göre de anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular tartışılmış ve öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler:
In contemporary education, the field of service to the factors that remain outside the management and teaching services in the school but affect the student’s success is named student personality services. The main objective in student personality services is to ensure that the student profits as much as possible of the school. The success of schools in the modern educational system is possible by working in cooperation and coordination of teaching, management and student personality services. The general purpose of the research is to pay attention to the need for psychological advice and guidance in educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan. This general objective is aimed at identifying problems in schools on the basis of students’ assessments. The frequency and severity of the problems to be detected is expected to emphasize the lack of guidance services in schools. In the study, a visual scan method was used for the purpose of detecting the situation. According to this method, 499 students who are between the ages of 12-17 and who are studying between the 7th and 11th classes have been applied problem scanning inventory and identified problems have been studied by classification. At the end of the study, school and class issues and personality related problems and occupational-future concern problems were the most frequently observed problems. Health and nutrition problems and problems with the home and family are the least observed problems. The problems that occurred have been shown to vary significantly according to students’ gender, age and class level. The findings were discussed and the suggestions were developed. The Keywords:
In modern education, the service area, oriented towards the factors that affect students’ success, except school management and teaching services, is called student personnel services. The main purpose of the student personnel services is to provide students to take the advantage of the school. The success of schools in modern education system is possible through the cooperation and coordination of the teaching, management and student personnel services. The general aim of the research is to draw attention to the need for counseling and guidance in educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan. Within the framework of this general objective, it is aimed to identify problems experienced in schools based on the students' evaluations. It is expected that the frequency and severity of the problems to be identified will emphasize the lack of guidance services in schools. Descriptive screening method was used since the research was aimed at the determination of certain situations. According to the requirements of this method the problem scanning inventory was applied to 499 students between the ages of 12-17 and between 7 and 11 classes and the problems were examined and classified. At the end of the research it was determined that most common problems were related to school and courses, personality and worries about future-profession, while problems related to health and nutrition, home and family were among most rare problems. It was observed that the problems were significantly different according to students' gender, age and class level. The findings were discussed and recommendations were developed.
