Abstract:

This study examined the professional qualifications of classmates for coaching training. The research is designed as a quantum study. The examples of the study were made by 150 class teachers who worked in the first stage of the official schools associated with the Ministry of National Education in the Mersin or Silifke district in the 2021-2022 educational-educational year and who had a student of coaching in the classroom. The data collection tool used in the research is made up of two sections, and the "Professional Qualifications Development Scale for Teachers' Coaching Training" was developed by Karaca (2018) for the purpose of determining professional qualifications. According to the results of the research, there is a significant differentiation in the benefit of the teachers who have received and not received the training in service and in all sub-dimensions, the scale sum. According to the study, there is a significant difference in the benefit of teachers between 26-35 years old and teachers between 46 and older years old. According to the results of the research, there is no difference between teachers in terms of professional qualification, depending on the age variable.
