Abstract:

Coaching training involves that, in general, special-need individuals are educated in the same class environment with their colleagues that show normal development. Thus, the coaching student will social achievements with their fellow peers. However, the teacher’s qualification plays an important role in coaching. The purpose of the research is on the skills of pre-school teachers in connection with the coaching training. In this regard, first, it was studied whether the teachers who have and do not have a coaching student in their classroom have a difference in their views on coaching education. Secondly, it has been studied whether there is a difference between the attitudes of teachers who receive and do not receive coaching training in coaching. The research was carried out in the scan model with the quantum research design. In this direction, the universe of work is formed by staff pre-school teachers who work in the independent kindergartens associated with the Ministry of National Education in Ankara and in the primary and secondary school associated motherhood. Schools that are registered coaching students are selected as criteria in the choice of the research universe. According to the results obtained from the research data, teachers emphasize that the family environment and staff should be informed in order to obtain a successful result from the coaching training. There is no significant difference in teaching skills according to the condition of teaching. Also, according to the condition of the coating student in the class, the coating qualification does not make a statistical difference.
