Bu araştırmanın amacı, DKAB öğretmenlerinin lisansüstü eğitime dair görüşlerini tespit edip değerlendirmektir. Araştırmaya, on üç ayrı ilde görev yapan ve halen lisansüstü eğitime devam eden veya mezun olmuş olan 40 DKAB öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmanın temel problemi, öğretmenlerin lisansüstü programı tercih sebeplerini, lisansüstü eğitim süreçlerine bakışlarını, bu süreçte karşılaştıkları sorunları kendi söylemlerinden hareketle belirlemektir. Nitel bir durum çalışması olan bu araştırma, tarama modelini esas almakta olup katılımcı öğretmenlerin tespitinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden “maksimum çeşitlilik” örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Uzman hocaların görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırlanan “Lisansüstü Eğitime İlişkin Görüşme Formu”, araştırmanın temel veri toplama aracıdır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenler, genel olarak lisansüstü eğitimi “kişisel gelişim, mesleğinde daha nitelikli hale gelmek ve akademik personel olmak” için tercih etmektedirler. Öğretmenler süreçte karşılaştıkları temel sorunları ise, “danışmanlık hizmetleri ile ilgili sorunlar, ders içerikleri ve planlaması ile ilgili sorunlar, enstitü odaklı sorunlar, okul yöneticilerinin tutumlarından kaynaklanan sorunlar” olarak belirtmişlerdir.
The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the opinions of the DKAB teachers on postgraduate education. The research included 40 DKAB teachers who have been employed in thirteen separate provinces and are still undergraduate or graduated. The main problem of the research is to determine the reasons why teachers prefer the postgraduate program, their views on the postgraduate education processes, the problems they encounter in this process by moving from their own words. This study, which is a qualitative state study, is based on the scanning model and used the "maximum diversity" sample from the sample methods intended for the identification of the participating teachers. Prepared in accordance with the opinions of specialized teachers, the "Graduate Education Related Interview Form" is the main data collection tool of the research. According to the research results, teachers generally prefer graduate education for "personal development, becoming more qualified in their profession and becoming academic staff". The main problems teachers face in the process are "problems related to consulting services, problems related to the course content and planning, institute-oriented problems, problems arising from the attitudes of school managers."
The aim of this study is to determine and evaluate the views of Religious Culture and Ethics teachers about postgraduate education. Forty Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge teachers, who work in thirteen different provinces and who are still continuing their postgraduate education or graduated from postgraduate education participated in the research. The main problem of this research is to determine the teachers' reasons for choosing a postgraduate program, the teachers’ views of postgraduate education processes and the problems they face in this process based on their own discourses. This qualitative case study is based on the survey model and “maximum diversity” sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods, is used in the determination of the participant teachers. “Interview Form for Post Graduate Education” which was prepared in line with the opinions of experts has been the main tool in collecting the data of the research. According to the results of the research, teachers generally prefer postgraduate education as “personal development, conducting their profession in a more qualified way, and being academic staff”. The main problems they face during the postgraduate education process are stated as “problems related to consultancy services, course contents and planning, the institute-oriented problems and problems caused by the attitudes of the school administrators in the schools they work.”
