Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the conflicting behavior styles, personality characteristics, depression, anxiety and stress levels of the mediators. The research is structured on the basis of the quantum research model. The sample of the study consists of 1,032 mediators and the study has preferred the easy-to-accessed state sample method. The sample of this study is one of the strong aspects of the research that consists of a wide group of intermediaries in which a limited number of studies are done, which is still defined as a new career field in Turkey. The research data was used to collect Personal Information Form, International Personality Reserve Short Form, Conflict Action Styles Scale, Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale. The personality characteristics of the mediators, depression, anxiety and stress levels have been determined to be associated with the conflict styles of action. Therefore, these changes should be taken into account in the work related to the subject.
