Bu çalışmada İran’ın dış politika belirleme sürecinde etkili olan İranlılık, İslam, İran’ın jeopolitiği ve Şii Hilali ve devrim ihracı kimlikleri inşacılık teorisi üzerinden açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır. İranlılık kimliğinin geçmişten bu yana İran için ifade ettiği anlamsal değişimlerle birlikte güncel politikadaki etkisi tespit edilerek, İran’ın üzerinde bulunduğu jeopolitik konum ve bu konumun doğurduğu stratejik yönelimler özellikle Şii Hilali üzerinden tartışılacaktır. Bununla birlikte devrim ardı süreçte İran’ın izlemeye başladığı politikalar özellikle İslam kimliği ile ilişkisi üzerinde durularak irdelenecektir. Söz konusu süreçte devrim ihracı noktasında izlenen politikalar ve bu politikaların sosyo-ekonomik, sosyo-kültürel boyutları incelenecektir. Literatür taraması neticesinde sözü edilen kimliklere ilişkin çeşitli yaklaşımlar sıralanarak İran’ın dış politikasına ilişkin bütüncül bir çerçeve çizilecektir. Ayrıca İran’ın dış politika kimliklerinin oluşmasına kaynaklık oluşturan iç dinamiklerin neler olduğu üzerinde de durulacaktır. Özellikle devrim ardı süreçte etkinlik kazanan kimliklerin devrim öncesi süreçte etkili olan kimliklerle karşılaştırılması yapılarak İran’ın dış politikasının anlamlandırılması aşamasında sözü edilen kimliklerin etkisinin tahlil edilebilmesi mümkün hale gelecektir.
This study will try to explain Iranism, Islam, the geopolitics of Iran, and Shiite Hili and revolutionary export identities that have an impact on Iran’s foreign policy determination process through the construction theory. Identifying the impact of the identity of Iranianism on current policy, along with the meaningful changes it has since expressed for Iran, the geopolitical position of Iran and the strategic orientations that this position generates will be discussed, especially through the Shiite Hillary. However, the policies that Iran began to follow in the post-revolution process will be focused especially on its relationship with Islamic identity. In this process, the policies followed at the export point of the revolution and the socio-economic, socio-cultural dimensions of these policies will be examined. The literature scan will draw a comprehensive framework on Iran’s foreign policy, ranging the various approaches to the identities mentioned. It will also focus on what the internal dynamics that lead to the formation of Iran’s foreign policy identities. In particular, the comparison of the identities acquired in the post-revolutionary process with the identities acquired in the post-revolutionary process will make it possible to evaluate the impact of the identities mentioned in the phase of understanding the foreign policy of Iran.
In this study, Iranian identity, Islam, Iran's geopolitics and Shiite Crescent and the exporters of revolution, which are influential in Iran's foreign policy determination process, will be tried to be explained through the theory of construction. With the semantic changes that Iranian identity has been expressing for Iran since the past, its impact on current politics will be determined and the geopolitical position of Iran and its strategic orientations will be discussed especially with the Shiite Crescent. In addition, the policies that Iran has started to follow in the post-revolution period will be examined with an emphasis on its relationship with Islamic identity. The policies followed in the process of export of revolution and the socio-economic and socio-cultural dimensions of these policies will be examined. As a result of the literature review, a holistic framework of Iran's foreign policy will be drawn by ordering various approaches regarding these identities. This study will also focus on the internal dynamics of Iran's foreign policy identities. It will be possible to analyze the impact of these identities during the process of making Iran's foreign policy meaningful, especially by comparing the identities that have been active in the post-revolution process with those that are effective in the pre-revolutionary process.
