Abstract:

Despite the diversity of current management approaches, in the business world where management problems continue to increase, new management approaches are needed. This study aims to examine the potential contribution of holocracy from current management approaches to organizational and administrative practices within the framework of strategic analysis. For this purpose, a identifying research model has been used to contribute to the introduction, understanding and implementation of current approaches in the resolution of current problems. The data obtained by written resource review was evaluated by SWOT analysis in the form of environmental threats and opportunities with strong and open to development aspects. The results show that the holocracy approach has strong aspects such as autonomy, joint decision-making, recommendation system, centralized structure, quality of management, creativity and respect; that it has unproofness, harmony, anarchy, motivation, status insignificance, time, cost; that it has environmental opportunities such as human, knowledge, technology and competition; that it remains affected by environmental threats such as culture, uncertainty and ethical issues. Strengthening strengths, developing weaknesses, avoiding threats by adequate assessment of opportunities, and supporting quantitative research will be beneficial in the implementation of the holocracy approach.
