Abstract:

Geographical discoveries are a result of an effort to reach absolute reality with the belief that the known does not actually reflect the truth. The realities that this conclusion reveals arise from the material conceptualization of an idealized world. The desire to discover new geographies requires a wide perspective that cannot be explained only by the spirit of discovery. In this context, the study of the subject to be examined in terms of economic and public administration is important to the desired objective in a clear manner. According to this, it is possible to reach the fact that the geographical discoveries, feeding the innovative and transformative climate of the Renaissance, have economic and administrative consequences. The first geography reflected by these results is Europe where the Renaissance stream emerged and the idea of geographical discovery was revived. Therefore, the relevant results must first be examined in Europe and the process management of Europe on the subject must be added to the examination. It is important that this addition, without distorting the whole of the subject, is placed in the underlying self of the work. As a result, this article will be examined in the European axis of the new period in which geographical discoveries have opened in terms of economy and management.
