Abstract:

Covid-19 Pandemic Process in Manisa, İzmir and Aydin Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate in this study, with the aim of studying the level of work motivation and anxiety of individuals working in Manisa, İzmir and Aydin Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, has been used the scale of work motivation and the scale of condition-continuous anxiety. Manisa İzmir and Aydin Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate employees of 324 to a total of 510 volunteers, including 186 men and women, have been reached through Google forms. Analysis of the data from the study used the SPSS 26.0 package program. In the selection of the analysis, the normal distribution assumptions in which the data shows normal distribution or not were determined by examining the Box Plot and histogram graphics with the distinction-pressure values. As a result of this study, the work motivations and level of concern of individuals working in the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate are studied; In the internal motivation-external arrangement low-dimensional score, the internal motivation-external arrangement score of employees in the Aydin province (11.24), the internal motivation-external arrangement score of employees in the Manisa province (9.90) and the employees in the Izmir province (10.32) is significantly high, the internal motivation-external arrangement score of employees with 5-7 years of professional arrangement (10.90), the internal motivation-external arrangement score of employees with 4 years and 6 years of professional arrangement (10.09) is significantly high, the level of concern of employees with a license graduation (34.53), the high school graduation (31.19). In light of these achieved results, it can be said that there is no statistically any relationship between the constant anxiety and the lower dimensions of the work motivation, but as the age level increases, the constant anxiety and the constant anxiety levels also increase.
