Abstract:

Ombudsman kelimesi, İsveç dilindendir ve vatandaşların şikayetlerini alarak kamu yönetiminin kötü yönetim faaliyetlerini çözen bir teşkilattır. Günümüzde dünyanın tüm kıtalarında farklı devlet ve düzeylerde uygulanmaktadır. Bu dünya devletlerinden ikisi de Sırbistan ve Tunus’tur. Bu çalışmada farklı iki siyasi rejime ve kültüre sahip devlette ombudsmanın yapısal ve fonksiyonel yönleri öz olarak analiz edilmek istenmektedir.

Abstract:

The word Ombudsman comes from the Swedish language and is an organization that takes the complaints of citizens and resolves the bad administration activities. Today, it is applied in different states and levels across the world. The two countries in the world are Serbia and Tunisia. In this study, it is requested that two different political regimes and cultures in the state analyze the structural and functional aspects of the Ombudsman.
