Abstract:

The istiqâk is an important method of deriving words to express new meanings. In addition, istiqâk is one of the most important subjects of the Arabic language in terms of showing us the root of the words as well as providing the opportunity to recognize collocational similar words associated with this word. As a matter of fact, the meaning of the word is determined and determined with ıstıkak. This study presents the various benefits of istiqâk science. The science of istiqâk is not only a bridge in linguistic, sociological and intellectual life, but also a way of grasping, understanding and knowing the secrets of language. This study consists of the most important information that defines the istiqâk event. The study consists of two main parts. First part; It deals with the nature of the partnership with its definition, subject, benefit, founder, value and details. The second part includes the types and application of istiqâk. These parts are five: Along with the disagreement of the Basra and Kufâ linguists about the origin of istikaq, they are istikaku'l-esghar, istikaku'l-evsat, istikaku'l-ekber, istikaku'l-kebîr and istikaku'l-kubbâr.
