Bu çalışmanın amacı; aerobik ve vücut geliştirme salonlarının ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri doğrultusunda sahip olması gereken nitelikleri belirlemek ve Ankara ilindeki özel aerobik ve vücut geliştirme salonlarının bu kriterlere uygun olup olmadıklarını saptamaktır. Çalışmanın amaçları doğrultusunda, ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri kriterleri incelenmiş ve aerobik – vücut geliştirme salonlarının sahip olması gereken nitelikler Kalite Güvence Hizmetleri, Müşteri Hizmetleri ve Sağlık Hizmetleri adı altında üç ana başlık halinde belirlenmiş ve maddeleştirilmiştir. Maddeleştirilen bu kriterler anket haline çevrilmiş ve araştırma evrenine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara ilinde aerobik ve vücut geliştirme alanlarında faaliyet gösteren 27 özel spor salonu oluşturmaktadır. 27 spor salonunun tümüne ulaşıldığından örneklem alınmamıştır. Araştırma da elde edilen veriler SPSS programında tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, araştırma kapsamındaki spor salonlarının ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri kriterlerine sahip olmadıkları saptanmıştır.
the aim of this study is to determine the qualities that aerobics and body development halls must have in accordance with the quality management systems, and to determine whether special aerobics and body development halls in the ankara province are appropriate to these criteria, the criteria of the quality management systems of the weto 90012000 in line with the purposes of the study were examined and the qualifications that aerobics and bodybuilding halls should have in three main titles under the name of quality assurance services customer services and health care services, these criteria are transformed into the survey and the research phase was applied to the research stage in the ankara province of the research and the implementation of 272000 sports activities in the fields of the development of the development of the project, which are determined by using exemployment system
The purpose of this study,is to determine,the required quality of aerobic and weight lifting hall according to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in Ankara. According to the purpose of the study ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System was investigated and required qualities of aerobic and weight lifting hall were determined. These required qualities were titled into three main groups which were Quality Security Service, Customer Service and Health Service. These required quality were listed in form of quastionaire and the quastionaire was applied to 27 sports hall, which were population of the study, in Ankara.Because of reaching to all sports hall (study population) in Ankara sampling was not taken. Data were analized in SPSS by using discriptives statistics. At the end of the study,it was shown that,, the hall which were investigate in the study haven’t got required quality to take ISO 9001.2000 Quality Management System.
