Ruh ve nefs kavramları insan psikolojisini ifade etmede kullanılan iki anahtar terimdir. Bunlar, zamanla anlam bakımından iç içe girmiş ve bazı yerlerde birbirlerinin yerine kullanılır hâle gelmiştir. İç dünyadaki olgular mutlaka bu iki unsurdan biriyle izah edilmektedir. Stres olarak da bilinen psikolojik gerilim bu olguların başında gelmektedir. Bu meyanda psikolojik gerilimin mahiyetinin, kendisiyle başa çıkma bakımından ruha veya nefse atfen açıklanması kanaatimizce önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, psikolojik gerilimin ruh-nefs ilişkisi bağlamında Kur’ânî verilere göre değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir.
The concept of soul and nafs are two keywords used in expressing human psychology. These have intertwined in meaning over time and have become interchangeable in some cases. The phenomena in spiritual world are necessarily explained by one of these terms. Psychological tension, also known as stress, lead of these phenomena. In this context, we believe, it is important to explain the nature of psychological tension in point of handling, with reference to soul or nafs. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the concept of psychological tension in the context of soul and nafs according to Qur’anic data.
