Abstract:

In this study, a survey was carried out to the 12 directors of the competent teachers who work in the joint class primary schools related to Diyarbakır province in order to determine the problems that the authorized teachers encounter in relation to education and teaching services and school management, the 12 directors who work in the joint class schools implemented. The director involved in the study when the profile of the authorized teachers was examined; 75% were men and 25% were women. The majority of teachers work within a period of 1-6 years. None of the teachers have participated in service-in-service training courses related to education management. The number of registered students between 1 and 45 is quite low. The school is mostly over 45. There are only one teacher in the schools with 1 to 45 students. Most of the schools with 46-90 and above have 2, 3 or 4 teachers. Also, if there is more classrooms than the class teacher and the number of students of 48-60 months is 10 or more, the pre-school teachers are also in charge. In general, when assessed, the director authorized teachers who work in joint-class primary schools are not able to give enough time to the students due to the two tasks being performed together at the beginning of the most common problems in the educational and educational services, the director authorized teachers who have to come to the district center due to emergency letters or meetings are not able to enter the classes. It also means that the needs of teachers are not met, that there are many class combinations, that the number of classes is insufficient, that there are material deficiencies in schools, that all the needs of the school are met only by the manager authorized teacher, that there are physical disabilities, and that the costs spent on these disabilities are usually paid by the manager authorized teacher.
