Abstract:

This research aims to provide the BSOs in which managers are responsible for teaching the problems they encounter with the school business and the solutions they develop with regard to these problems based on the opinions of managers who are responsible for teaching. The research methods are used by scientific research techniques. The study’s work group consists of 12 participants who work as authorized teachers in the joint class schools in Diyarbakır’s Sur district. In the research, the data collection tool developed by the researcher, using the 9 questions semi-configured conversation form, the data obtained was analyzed using the content analysis technique. Some of the findings obtained in the study can be summarized in this way. The director authorized teachers have faced the most problems with the equipment, repair and supply of resources to the school in the schools in which they are responsible. In addition, they indicate that their payments are insufficient, that there is a lack of staff and that these situations are negative in the direction of the school management, and they suggest that each school has its own budget and staff as a solution to these problems.
