Ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri, o ülkenin eğitim sistemi ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Gelişmiş ülkeler eğitime yatırım yaparken, gelişmekte olan ülkeler güvenliğe yatrım yapmaktadır. Eğitime yapılan yatırımlar, ülkenin her alanda gelişmesine ve kalkınmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. İyi bir eğitim için, ülkeye uygun bir sistemden ve buna bağlı yetiştirilmiş nitelikli öğretmenlerden geçmektedir. Öğretmenlerin kaliteli bir insan kitlesi yetiştirmeleri ve performanslarını en üst düzeye çıkarabilmeleri için, hizmet öncesinde iyi eğitilmeleri, hizmet sırasında da sahip oldukları tüm bilgi ve becereileri meslek hayatları boyunca gelişitirmeleri ile mümkün olmaktadır. Ülkelerin tüm bu nedenlerde dolayı, öğretmen yetiştirme sistemlerini sürekli takip ederek; değerlendirmeleri, çağın gereklerine göre güncellemeleri ve kendi kültürlerine, gelenek ve görenekleri ile insan yapılarına göre yapılandırmaları gerekir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Singapur, Japonya ve Türkiye öğretmeni yetiştirme sistemlerini incelemektir. Ülkelerin öğretmen yetiştirme sistemleri; ülkelerin eğitim yapıları, hizmet öncesi eğitimleri, öğretmenliğe seçme ve atama koşulları ve meslek içinde gelişim için yapılan çalışmalarla ilgili inceleme yapılmıştır. Araştırmalarda elde edieln sonuçlara bakıldığında; öğretmen yetiştirme süreçlerinde benzerliklerle birlikte bazı farklılıkların da olduğu, Japonya ve Singspur’ da lisans ile birlikte yüksek lisnas ya da sertfika programlarının da başarılı bir şekilde bitirilmesi gerektiği, hizmete alınması sırasında öğretmenelrin sınavlara tabi tutulduğu, meslek içinde öğretmen gelişimleri için hizmetiçi eğitimlerin düzenlendiği, Japonya ve Singapur’da hizmetiçi eğitimlerin düzenli sürekli ve zorunlu olduğu, buna karşılık Türkiye’de bu eğitimlerin, öğretmen isteğine bırakıldığı ve süreklilik arz etmediği görülmüştür. Türkiye’de öğretmen seçme kriterlerinden sınavın tek başıan atama şartı olmasının ortaya çıkardığı olumsuzlukların önüne geçmek için sınavla birlikte iletişim becerisi, grupla çalışma, işbirlikçi ruha sahip olma vb. kriterlerin de olması gerekliliği görülmüştür.
The level of development of countries is directly related to the education system of that country. Developed countries invest in education, while developing countries invest in security. Investments in education enable the country to develop and develop in every field. For a good education, it goes through a system suitable for the country and qualified teachers trained accordingly. It is possible for teachers to train a qualified human mass and to maximize their performance, if they are well trained before service and develop all the knowledge and skills they have during their professional life. For all these reasons, by constantly following the teacher training systems of the countries; They need to evaluate their evaluations, update them according to the requirements of the age, and structure them according to their own culture, traditions and customs and human structures. The aim of this research is to examine the teacher training systems of Singapore, Japan and Türkiye. Teacher training systems of countries; In this study, the educational structures of the countries, pre-service training, the conditions of selection and appointment as a teacher, and the studies carried out for professional development were made. Considering the results obtained in the research; There are some differences as well as similarities in teacher training processes, in Japan and Singspur, graduate or certificate programs must be completed successfully, teachers are tested during their commissioning, in-service trainings are organized for teacher development in the profession, in Japan and Singspur. It has been observed that in-service trainings are regular, continuous and compulsory in Singapore, whereas in Turkey these trainings are left to the teacher's request and are not continuous. In order to prevent the negativities caused by the examination being a condition for assignment alone, one of the teacher selection criteria in Turkey, communication skills, working in a group, having a cooperative spirit etc. criteria were also require.
