Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı otel işletmelerinde örgütsel etik değerler ve etik davranışın örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışma Uşak’taki otel işletmelerinde çalışan 208 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS istatistik programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel etik değerler ve etik davranışın örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmini üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of organizational ethical values and ethical behavior on organizational commitment and business satisfaction in hotel enterprises. The work was carried out with 208 people working in the hotel business at the Servak. The data is analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The study found that organizational ethical values and ethical behavior had a positive impact on organizational commitment and business satisfaction.
