In the framework of the research, a total of 27 teachers, including graduates of special education, psychology, children's development, pre-school teaching graduates, class teaching graduates and branch teachers, served in the Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers, were interviewed. The teachers who participated in the study were asked eight questions in the context of the process of re-start of the training interrupted due to the Covid-19 epidemic, adaptations made under the "Controlled Social Life" and the problems faced. The data in the study was obtained using the semi-configured conversation technique and analyzed using the visual analysis method. When the data obtained in the study is examined, it is found that teachers have three opinions about the re-start of the training interrupted due to the Covid-19 epidemic: positive, negative and gradual. When the participants’ opinions were evaluated, it was found that teachers with positive opinions often standed on the need to start education for their students with special needs. The teachers who report negative opinions have been concerned that the virus will be infected to themselves and others because of the contact with students in private education and that they are concerned that the quality of educational activities will decrease.
