Okul Müdürlerinin Teknoloji liderliği Üzerine Bir Meta-Sentez Çalışması

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2010-2022 yılları arasında okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliği alanında yazılan nitel lisansüstü tezlerin ve nitel makalelerin meta-sentez yöntemiyle incelenmesidir. Çalışmada doküman incelemesiyle ulaşılan bulguların analizi sunulmuştur. Yükseköğretim Kurulunun tez arama sayfasında “teknoloji liderliği, okul müdürleri, dijital liderlik,” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliği alanındaki lisansüstü tezleri ve TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, DergiPark, Google schoolar’dan bulunan makalelere ulaşılmıştır. Veri analiz yöntemi olarak araştırmada içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları, okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliği konusunda Yükseköğretim Kurulunun tez arama sayfasında tarama yapıldığında çalışmaların daha çok nicel araştırmalar üzerinden gerçekleştiği anlaşılmıştır. Araştırmaya dahil edilecek lisansüstü tez çalışmaları tarandığında alanda nitel çalışmadan çok nicel araştırma yapıldığı görülmektedir. Teknolojik liderlik konusunda yıllara göre araştırma sayıları incelendiğinde 2019 yılında daha çok araştırma yapıldığı bunun sebebinin de salgın süreci olduğu düşünülmektedir. Araştırmaya dahil edilen nitel araştırmalarda ağırlıklı olarak fenomonoloji (olgubilim) ve görüşme yönteminin kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Araştırmaya dahil edilen nitel lisansüstü tezlerde ve nitel makalelerde veri analizi olarak betimsel analiz ve içerik analizinin daha çok kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliği alanında yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin ve yazılan makalelerin pandemi sürecinden sonra daha çok arttığı ve bu çalışmaların büyük bir kısmının nicel araştırmalar olduğu söylenebilir.

A Meta-synthesis Study On Technology Leadership Of School Principals

The purpose of this research is to analyze the qualitative postgraduate theses and qualitative articles written in the field of 'Technology Leadership of School Principals' between the years 2010-2022 by meta-synthesis method. This research was carried out in order to examine the qualitative postgraduate theses of school principals on technology leadership in Turkey by meta-synthesis method. In the research, the analysis of the data obtained by document analysis was made. Using the keywords "technology leadership, school principals, digital leadership" on the thesis search page of the Council of Higher Education, graduate theses of school principals in the field of technology leadership and articles from TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, Google schoolar were reached. Content analysis method was used in the research as a data analysis method. When the findings of the research were searched on the YÖK thesis search page on the technology leadership of school principals, it was understood that the studies were mostly based on quantitative research. When the graduate thesis studies to be included in the research are scanned, it is seen that quantitative research is done in the field rather than qualitative study. When the number of researches on technological leadership is examined by years, it is thought that more research was conducted in 2019 and the reason for this is the pandemic process. It was seen that phenomenology and interview method were mainly used in qualitative researches included in the study. It has been determined that descriptive analysis and content analysis are used more as data analysis in qualitative postgraduate theses and qualitative articles included in the research. As a result, post-graduate theses and articles written by school principals in the field of technology leadership increased more after the pandemic process, and most of these studies were quantitative. It can be said that research.
