Sürekli değişim içinde olan müşteri talepleri ve artan rekabete göre firmalar tedarik, taşımacılık ve depolama gereksinimlerini daha çok fayda sağlayacak şekilde planlamaktadırlar. Avrupa’da lojistik sektörü toplamda 836 milyar Euro'luk cirosu ile ekonomik sektörler tablosunda 3. sırada yer almaktadır. Lojistik sektörünün önemiyle gelişen lojistik köyler, ülke ve bölge ticaretine sağladıkları katkıları sebebiyle küresel pazarlarda önemli kazançlar sağlamaktadır. Lojistik köylerin taşıma imkânları, oluşturulacak depolama alanları ve istihdamlar göz önünde bulundurulduğunda yerlerinin belirlenmesinde hangi değişkenlerin kullanılacağı önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı lojistik köy yeri seçiminde dikkate alınan değişkenlerin kıyaslama yaklaşımıyla belirlenmesi ve elde edilen bulguları/sonuçları araştırmacılar ile karar vericilere bilgi olarak sunmaktır. Araştırma sonucunda 6 faktör ve 29 alt kriter üzerinden lojistik köy yer seçim sürecinin değerlendirilmesine karar verilmiştir. Lojistik köy yer seçimi kararlarında ticaret potansiyeli faktörünün ve buna ait değişkenlerin önemle dikkate alınması önerilmiştir.
According to the constantly changing customer demands and increasing competition, companies are planning to provide more benefit from the supply, transport and storage requirements. In Europe, the logistics sector is ranked 3rd in the table of economic sectors with a total turnover of EUR 836 billion. The logistics villages, which develop with the importance of the logistics sector, make significant profits in the global markets due to their contribution to the country and region trade. When taking into account the transport possibilities of logistics villages, the storage areas and jobs to be created, it is important to determine which variables to be used in their locations. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables taken into account in the logistics village location selection by a comparative approach and to provide the findings/results obtained to researchers and decision makers as information. The research resulted in the assessment of the logistical village location selection process by 6 factors and 29 subcriteria. It is recommended that the trading potential factor and its variables be taken into consideration in the decision-making of the logistics village location.
