Bu araştırmanın literatür bölümünde örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel bağlılık kavramları, önemi,boyutları ve sonuçları yanısıra örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel bağlılık ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar konuları ele alınmıştır. Örgütsel sinizimin örgütsel bağlılık üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma İstanbul’da kamu ve özel hastanelerde çalışan 436 doktor üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre hekimlerin örgütsel sinizm algıları ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında negatif yönlü etki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu etkinin alt boyutları incelendiğinde de örgütsel sinizim ile örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutları olan duygusal bağlılık, devamlılık bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık arasında negatif yönlü etki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In the literature part of this research, the concepts of organizational cynicism and organizational commitment, their dimensions and consequences are discussed. This study was conducted on 436 doctors working in public and private hospitals in Istanbul in order to investigate the effect of organizational cynicism on organizational commitment. According to the research result, it was determined that there is a negative effect of organizational cynicism on organizational commitment. When the subscales of this relationship were examined, it was also found that organizational cynicism negatively affects emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment, which are sub-dimensions of organizational commitment.
