Abstract:

Bu araştırma, kafeste beslenen Bobcock tavuklarında, rasyondaki enerji ve vitamin A seviyesinin yüksek oluşunun karaciğer yağlanması üzerine etkisini ışık ve elektron mikroskopik düzeylerde saptamak amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal olarak 40 adet erişkin <> tavuk kullanıldı. Kontrol grubundaki tavukların karaciğer epitel hücrelerinde lipid damlacıklarına çok az raslandı. Subkutan yolla, 50.000 I. U /kg vitamin A palmitat verilen tavukların kara'ciğer epitel hücrelerinde lipid damlacıkları miktarında bir artış olmadığı, buna karşılık perisinuzoidal hücrelerin sitoplazmasında lipid damlacıkları miktarının arttığı gözlendi. Yüksek enerjili rasyonla 3 ay beslenen tavuklarda karaciğer yağlanmasına ait bulguların tümü elde edildi. Böyle bir karaciğerde, lipidlerin bulunuşunun dejenerasyondan çok, lipid toplanması şeklinde olduğu tesbit edildi. Enerji ve vitamin A seviyesi yüksek rasyonla beslenen. tavukların karaciğer epitel hücrelerinde ise diffuz yağ dejenerasyonu saptandı. Rasyondaki enerji seviyesi ile birlikte vitamin A seviyesinin de yüksek olması halinde, A vitamini'nin karaciğer yağlanmasını şiddetlendirici etki yaptığı sonucuna varıldı.

This study was conducted in Bobcock chickens feeding in the cage, with the aim of determining the effect of high levels of energy and vitamin A in the race on liver fertilization at light and electron microscopic levels. A total of 40 adult chickens were used as material. The chicken in the control group has very little grown into lipid drops in the liver epithelial cells. Subcutaneously, it was observed that the amount of lipid drops in the liver epithelial cells of chicken given 50,000 IU/kg of vitamin A palmitate did not increase, and that the amount of lipid drops in the cytoplasm of perisinuzoidal cells did not increase. All findings of liver fatigue were obtained in chicken feeding for 3 months with a high-energy ratio. In such a liver, the presence of lipids has been found more than degeneration, in the form of lipid accumulation. The energy and vitamin A levels are nutritious with high ration. In the liver epithelial cells of chickens, diffuse oil degeneration was detected. If the level of vitamin A is high along with the energy level in the race, the conclusion was that vitamin A has an intensifying effect on liver fatigue.
