Yerel açıdan bakıldığında, köylerin, kasabaların veya şehirlerin kendine has özellikleri bulunan ve toplumların canlı hafızasını meydana getiren somut olmayan kültürel miras unsurlarının korunması, sadece bir topluluğun kimliğini, kültürünü ve yaşam tarzını geleceğe aktarmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda söz konusu yörenin turizm potansiyeli açısından da katkı sağlamaktadır. Özellikle kültür turizmine katılan yerli ve yabancı turistler açısından, turistlerin ziyaret ettikleri yörelerdeki somut olmayan kültürel miras (SOKÜM) ögeleri önemli birer turistik çekicilik unsuru olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Uşak ilinin somut olmayan kültürel miras unsurları ele alınmıştır. Literatür taraması ve ikincil verilerden yararlanılarak hazırlanan çalışmada, söz konusu SOKÜM unsurlarının kentin turizm potansiyeli için nasıl değerlendirilebileceği üzerine önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
From a local point of view, the preservation of the non-specific cultural heritage elements that have its own characteristics of villages, cities or cities and form the living memory of communities, not only translates the identity, culture and lifestyle of a community to the future, but also contributes to the tourist potential of the area concerned. Specifically for domestic and foreign tourists who participate in cultural tourism, the objects of the non-specific cultural heritage (SOKÜM) in the places where tourists visit can be an important element of tourist attraction. In this study, we discussed the non-specific cultural heritage elements of the servant province. The study, which is prepared using literature scan and secondary data, has suggested how the SOKÜM elements in question can be assessed for the tourism potential of the city.
