So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’nin Avrupa Ekonomik Topluluğu ile 1963 yılında imzalamış olduğu ortaklık anlaşmasından günümüze geçen süreç içinde çalışma yaşamında meydana gelen gelişmeler ele alınmaktadır. ILO’nun (Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü) getirmiş olduğu standartlar da göz önünde tutularak, AB İlerleme Raporlarında Türkiye’ye yönelik eleştirilere yer verilmektedir. Bu kapsamda toplu iş hukuku alanında örgütlenme özgürlüğü, bireysel iş hukuku alanında ise iş güvencesi kurumu değerlendirilmekte ve sosyal güvenlik alanında yaşanan güncel gelişmelere yer verilmektedir.
