Abstract:

The objective of this study is to study under the "United Class" in Turkey undergraduate theses, university, research subject, research method, work group, number of participants, data collection tools and research recommendations. For this purpose, the visual content analysis was carried out on 47 postgraduate thesis (two doctorate, 45 master's) conducted in the context of "United Class" between 2006-2019. A total of 47 postgraduate thesis studies have been analyzed with 12 programmes in MaxQda and the most thesis studies have been conducted in 2019 (n=14). In addition, it has been found that the postgraduate theses performed at 26 different universities are most prepared at the Atatürk University (n=6). In the research, the work group worked with the most teachers and the number of participants was held between 0 and 100. Nine different research patterns have been used in the theses in which the qualitative and mixed research methods are used. In twenty-two different subjects, the most survey (n=9), the conversation form (n=8) and the scale (n=8) were used as the data collection tool. When research recommendations are examined, most teachers have been given recommendations to reduce the problems they experience. In addition, research recommendations were collected under the code of recommendations for school requirements, teaching program, teacher candidates, guardians, teaching process, transported education, schooling of girls and other studies. As a result, it is important that a program designed for unified classes is needed, that the unified classroom course in the pre-service period is more effectively processed and that students are supported by the practices they will do directly in rural schools, in the same way, that the teacher’s qualifications are developed with the training activities within the service to be prepared.
