İhtiyaçların, sınırlı kaynaklara oranla sınırsız olarak gözüktüğü günümüz dünyasında, söz konusu sınırlı kaynakları doğru ihtiyaçlara atamak büyük önem taşımaktadır. Karşılanması gereken ihtiyacın büyüklüğü nispetinde atanması gereken kaynak miktarı da artmakta, bu doğrultuda problemin doğru bir şekilde çözümü daha da önemli hale gelmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada belirli kısıtlar altında hastane projeleri seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada seçim probleminin doğasında bulunan birçok kriteri çözüme yansıtabilmek amacıyla çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri sonrasında bir matematiksel model kurulmuştur. Bu model sayesinde problem özelindeki bazı kısıtları çözüme katılabilmiştir. Kurulan bileşimin, kısıtlar altındaki çok kriterli karar verme problemlerinin çözümünde etkili olduğu görülmektedir.
In today’s world where needs appear unlimited compared to limited resources, it is of great importance to allocate those limited resources to the right needs. The amount of resources to be assigned is also increasing in proportion to the size of the need to be met, in this direction the correct solution of the problem becomes even more important. In the study, the problem of the choice of hospitals under certain limits was addressed. In the study, multiple criteria of decision making methods have been used to reflect many criteria found in the nature of the choice problem. A mathematical model was established after multiple criteria decision-making methods. Thanks to this model, it has been able to resolve some of the limitations of the problem. The established composition appears to be effective in solving multiple criteria decision-making problems under limits.
