So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Romania is an important country which is located in the southeastern Europe and northern Balkans. Since Romania is close to the western European countries and has the highways transiting these countries, several communities settled down in Romania since ancient times. Respectively Romans, Huns, Avars, Bulgarians, Slavs and Hungarians ruled Romania. Ottoman Empire ruled Romania between 1400-1878. In these ages Ottoman Empire took an important step to Turkify this region and spread Turkish language. After Romania gained its independence in 1878, many people immigrated to Anatolia and Turkish population began to decrease, finally a period of decline began for Turkish language. In 1945 the communist regime began to rule Romania and the minorities were seriously repressed in terms of language and religion. After the overthrow of the regime in 1989, Romania began to reform in all fields and also gave significant rights to the minorities. Learning the mother tongue which is one of these rights became a law and was guaranteed by the constitution. In Romania in 1990 Turkish education started in universities and has intermittently continued until today. In this work, information about Romania’s geographical, historical, demographical, political and administrational structure was given and the presence of Turkish minority in Romania, education of Turkish language and course contents of Turkology Department in Constanta (Dobruja) were tried to be explained
