İ’câzu’l-Kur’ân, Kur’ân ilimleri içerisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu ilim dalı Hz. Peygamber’in en büyük mucizesi olan Kur’ân’ın i’câz vecihlerini konu edinmektedir. Daha açık bir ifadeyle Kur’an’ın kendi benzerini getirmek hususunda meydan okuduğu dönemin ediplerini hangi yönleriyle aciz bıraktığını incelemektedir. Söz konusu yönler arasında üzerinde en çok görüş serdedilenlerden biri de sarfe iddiasıdır. İlk olarak Mutezile arasında ortaya çıkan ve tartışılan sarfe, Ehl-i Sünnet âlimleri arasında da ihtilaflı bir meseledir. Bazı âlimler sarfeyi Kur’ân’ın i’câzının bir veçhesi olarak değerlendirirken bazı âlimler ise söz konusu değerlendirmeye karşı çıkmışlardır. Bu çalışma Ehl-i Sünnet âlimlerinin sarfeye bakışlarını ortaya koymak amacı taşımaktadır. Bir yandan sarfeye olumlu yaklaşanların fikirlerini ve bunların saiklerini belirlemek diğer yandan da mezkûr iddiaya karşı çıkanların gerekçelerini beyan etmek çalışmanın esas gayesini teşkil etmektedir. Bu bağlamda konu hakkında görüş beyan eden Sünnî ilim adamlarının sarfeye dair düşüncelerine yer verilmiş ve değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur.
The Qur’an has a great place in the Qur’an. This is the knowledge of Hz. The greatest miracle of the Prophet is the Qur’an. On the one hand, determining the ideas of the positive approaches to the sarfe and their values on the other hand is the main objective of the work to declare the reasons for those who are opposed to the mosquito claim. In this context, the opinion of the Sunni scientists about the subject was placed and subjected to assessment.
